I get tried of carry my car somewhere else to be worked on!!!! I want to put the system on myself I may be old but I still know how to turn a wrench. I have worked on most my cars although the cars now and so much crap on them you need a little help (Instructions) Any suggestions? They always say plug and play really!!!!!

Contact Rick at Tapped Performance. His systems wiring wise are true plug and play and he has instructions with pictures to guide you through installation. It’s not that hard to do. Most difficult part is getting the fuel line unhooked from the stock pump and getting it out and new setup back in with our F ing up the fuel level pickup float and potentiometer.

The trick for getting the fuel line in the tank on the stock pump undone is push the entire hose/fitting TOWARDS THE PUMP FIRST while holding the pump still with your other hand, put some force into it. Then squeeze the clip and pull it off

I'll recommend https://highhorseperformance.com/dodge/challenger/srt-hellcat-demon-redeye-super-stock/, here is their website page, if you have any questions, you can give Sales a Call @ 1-888-894-1115

Fore Innovations 97-134 L4 Triple Pump Fuel System for 18-23 Demon, Challenger, Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye, Jailbreak & Super Stock 6.2L H.O. HEMI

Description
Return fuel system capable of 1200+ rwhp with dual fuel pumps. (recommend to run one pump full time, then activate secondary pumps under load) Fuel rails in parallel with regulator after rails. Includes in-tank supply system that retains OE transfer, fuel level senders, and EVAP functionality, upgraded feed and return lines, y-block, high capacity filtration and F2i regulator with boost reference.

Fuel system becomes E85 capable by choosing F90000267, F90000274, F90000285 fuel pumps AND microglass SSD or stainless filtration.
Includes:
  • Demon/Redeye Triple Pump Module
  • FCV Checkvalve
  • F2i Fuel Pressure Regulator
  • 88mm Inline Fuel Filter
  • Compact billet y-block
  • Billet Hellcat Hemi Fuel Rails
  • Hellcat OE Feed Line Blockoff Cap
  • Fittings to use OE fuel pressure sensor
  • All fittings, hose, hardware required for typical fuel line plumbing
-40 feet of fuel line and 16 hose ends (your choice of type)
-Qty 6, billet low profile 90 degree o-ring fittings
-Qty 8, straight AN to ORB fittings
-Qty 2, billet low profile 180 degree o-ring fittings
-Qty 1, 1.25" o-ring port extension
-Qty 1, 2.0" o-ring port extension
-Qty 10, hose straps and mounting screws
Choosing Line Size: Choose -8 feed and return for dual pumps systems. We recommend -10 feed / -8 return for triple pump systems.
  • We suggest -8 feed and return in any dual pump setup, simply because there is no measurable benefit to running a -10 feed with any dual pump fuel system. However, selecting a -10 feed is a good choice if you're planning to possibly upgrade to a triple pump system later (via our triple pump upgrade program). Of course, it is possible to run a -8 feed and -6 return; however, most of our customers find the fuel system installation is more flexible when all the fittings are the same size.
  • We suggest -10 feed and -8 return lines allow any triple pump system to operate without restriction. However, -8 feed/return may be used if you're running three small fuel pumps (i.e. GSS342) or if your fuel system choice was marginal over whether to choose a dual or triple setup. So, if you're making 1100 rwhp on E85 (which is possible on a dual pump setup if your build is very efficient) but you chose to go with a triple pump setup, we would suggest a -8 feed/return since you don't need every ounce of performance out of a triple pump setup.
Choosing Fuel Line Type: FlexLP vs PTFE vs Startlite
Startlite will emit fuel smell and should only be used on cars kept outside or in detached garages/shops. Cars kept in attached garages should use FlexLP or PTFE, which will not emit a fuel smell. PTFE has a stainless outer reinforcement and will last forever, whereas FlexLP has a soft black/gray nylon outer braid and some insulating properties. (no NVH and more friendly with fuel pressure sensors/gauges). Our preference is FlexLP since it is much easier to work with as compared to PTFE which is not flexible.
  • FlexLP has the best ratio of pros vs cons than our other hose offerings. Most importantly, it's low permeability prevents fuel vapor smell when the vehicle is parked in closed areas. Cosmetically, some of our customers prefer the black outer braid over the stainless braid of PTFE.
  • PTFE is the most resilient to heat and chemicals than any other fuel line we offer, and likewise can be expected to outlast the vehicle. The PTFE core cannot be permeated by any fuel, and therefore will not emit a fuel smell when the vehicle is parked in closed areas. Cosmetically, some of our customers prefer the look (or contrast) of the stainless outer braid.
  • Startlite is race hose, and therefore we only recommend it for vehicles that are stored outside or kept in a detached garage or shop. Fuel can permeate the lines and will usually emit a fuel smell in the storage area.
CONTACT HHP FOR MORE INFORMATION OR FOR HELP IN SELECTING THE BEST FUEL SYSTEM FOR YOUR HEMI
This fuel system generates substantially more heat and capacity than the original fuel system. The high-powered fuel pumps make much more heat than the factory pump and the composite fuel tank construction acts as an insulator and stores heat. Additionally, the shape of the factory fuel tank limits the pickup capacity of this fuel system. The user (driver) must keep more fuel (than normal) in the tank at all times to minimize heat damage and ensure adequate fuel pickup.

It’s not that bad, just try and have tank 1/4 or below to cut down o the mess. Getting 2 hands in there to put the level sensor float back on is hardest if you have large hands.

Price? HHP configured with 2 295’s and a 285 as pump 3 with FPCM’s and a hobs switch for pump 3 and filter, see below.

I'm going with triple pumps right now I'm running dual 525's but I'm having an issue with them. I drain the fuel out last weekend and put in 15gals of c-85.....and now when you switch it on you can hear the pump's pressure up.....but when you shut it down on the passenger side you can hear sounds like a air leak and if you dont unhook the battery it will kill it over night. I changed the relay and had a xtra fpcm and thought that was it but it's not. When I drain the fuel I may have pulled something loose I'll know sat. when I can work on it.But it's just a strange sounds almost a tire losing air. If you can one of the fpcm lose the sounds stop's. after looking at this you can why I'm putting triple pumps in myself. I bought the dual pumps from steve white auto part...but didnt have time to install myself. But I cant understand why the green wire is patched thru to both fpcm?
