I even bought various original O.E. bolt sets from members and was going to cut/weld them into longer units.


But alas I never found a Round-tu-it.

I remember that, & there is the Titanium bolts that a guy had made that I thought about buying but was just too much $ so never pulled the trigger on those.
These are the perfect fit for this issue. The need is worth the cost on these.

Hard to believe that a company would even have or sell bolts like that would rust with a kit where the bolts are noticeable on top of the s/c.

I can't remember the guy's name, but I do remember how defensive and angry he got and tried to claim that they wouldn't rust.

Yeah, I wonder if he'll take that claim back & give some refund back, NO.
That's why he's got the titanium bolts with the new kits now, which I think is over kill on cost & need.

A couple of us looked at various sources for doing exactly what you did, but failed at either finding a vendor or finding a vendor that could/would do it for less than stupid money.

So you get winner points for finding a source that could do the correct length, in an 8.8 head, in the correct head style, and decently plated to boot!
