My dad has well water and I had a black truck years ago that would get water spots from the sprinklers. I tried different things to get them out little did it help. There was one thing that worked very well.....rain! If we had a good rain they would disappear
As I mentioned in the What Did You Do With Your Hellcat Today thread, I finally got the spots out.
Maguires iron remover, water spot remover, clay bar.
I did not use the clay on the glass so there is still some spots visible. Next wash I'll clay the glass.
A lot of effort but it worked without buffing. Very happy!
Fwiw, a friend of mine is a professional detailer. He recommends a 50/50 mix of water and vinegar to remove water spots. Obviously clean the area first, wipe with solution until spots are gone, then a fresh coating of sealant. I've used this technique a couple times with great results, the water spots come off pretty easy too.

I tried the vinegar, mix, full strength, did nothing. It sure felt like the iron remover and water spot remover were very acidic. Then a quick light clay finished what remained. I did not expect it to work as well as it did. After, I put on Grotts "ceramic" wax.
For the next 2 days, I had water beading up and rolling off my hands! (I did not wear gloves for any of it.) I think I will when I do the 170 next time we the right weather.
What you see it next years indoor stack, the empty space next to it is this years. Then there is the wood in remote shed which holds about 1.5x the indoor.
Hey, winters here in NH are long and hard like..... The trees...
In Clatsop county you are judged by the contents and neatness of your stacked firewood!
Gotta be Hemlock and Fir and ALL the same size and no listing/leaning stacks!

I use this on my black cars when caught in the rain. All ceramic coated but still spot and difficult to remove. I use sparingly as directed and works incredibly well without the extra elbow grease.
You need to be careful with that stuff, while it does work for many situations, it is acid based !!
Be sure to follow the instructions to the letter & DO NOT let it get near your stripes, any vinyl stuff or rubber seals, any flat paint or the grey plastic trim !

I am the sad sack of wood piles/stacks around here!
It's really good until I get my stack over 8 feet.
After that I just start flipping wood up on top so when you are bringing it in next year it is wood pile Jenga!
My stash is usually 10 or 12 cords.
I have a forced air wood fueled furnace that I am thinking about replacing.
