Water, because I drive it. A lot of them rust, big early hellcat problem. You'll see it on most early hellcats. Mine was pretty bad. It's worse on the hellcats that just get washed and parked and not driven. Water accumulates there and sits from rain and car washes
Don't pull your supercharger 😬. Mine was on the bad side, but happens to a lot of the earlier ones. Bad factory engine paint and water. Feel much better about it now

For a 2.7 yeah. Have you used SDG's rotor speed app? It lets you select 2.4, 2.7 or 3.0 IHI, lower size and upper size combo. It will tell you which combo puts you in the red for male rotor speed at certain engine RPM. I just went to a 2.50 but I have a stock lower. That's the absolute smallest I can go due to rotor rpm on my little ported 2.4
