Understanding POC

So i have ordered 2 2024 DDHC'S and looking over the POC for the one order that is 3% under invoice(other is MSRP) and trying to understand if the FFP price is the invoice price and do i subtract 3% from that price and if the HB gets included in any of this or is something i can go after..

There are actually a couple of "invoice" prices. You should already have agreed on the price when you ordered.

On the two RAM's I have ordered I have always negotiated off of FWP at time of order and then also got all eligible rebates as well when the truck came in. I also get it in writing which I was glad as the last Ram 3500 Megacab came in and the salesperson was gone, if I didn't have me deal in writing I wouldn't have got the truck as they wanted to stiff me. That Destroyer gray and Demonic Red is going to be AWESOME!

The 3% under that I agreed on would be on the $109K price. Any price increases would be added.

$109400 - $3382 = $106xxx

I worked in Newark DE where they built Durangos way back. We had to compete with trade in values to get the EP deal quite often.

I got almost $10k off my SS when I bought that last year. Usually covers the sales tax and delivery fees

So do I. Stellantis has gone crazy with the price increases. Wonder if it's going to be enough to boost sales?
