Just eat the box and save sum $$. My pizza dude is like the best pizza makers from upster north. Trans plant from up north to Florida when RA sets into the fingers. His name is DiGannaro wanted by the SS for stealing the pizza in gree dances from Italy back in war time. Pizza worth walking fer. Even though I am a vegetarian I still enjoy the pie at the gentelsman's club. All you can eat for a nominal price of $$.

I just sent my daughter these pictures the other day to teaser she’s out in Phoenix Arizona and the pizza out there sucks, Digorno is the best choice out there LOL

There are a lot of good pizza joints in PHX, from NY style to Chicago style (I've lived in both areas).

We used to eat at a place called NYPD Pizza. They went as far as flying in water and stuff to make their dough from the East coast.

Lots of other good pizza joints out there, she just has to get out!

Ny Bagel Co. is a franchise from the city. I worked a job in a building to adjacent to one in Tampa, Fl. I was installing 2 magnetic driven chillers,,, there goes that word again. Chillers. I got to know the owner after 6 months. He mentioned to me that the franchise was so strict, that they had to fly water from the city daily to make their bagels. Last time I was there, 3 years ago checking on the chillers, they were out of business. Too bad, damn good bagels.

Yep, you nailed it!! Nardozos!!
Stuccios is now Joe’s Pizza, same guy same pizza but he renamed it for some reason. Original Stuccios is still in Berwick and still is a big grease pie from the cheese they use and you have to let it cool a minute or two before eating it or even driving with it lol. Ever have a Angelo’s sweet sauce pizza? Hazle street in Wilkes-Barre right off Blackman St? Add sweet peppers and OMG so yummy I used to bring a beer or 2 with me and eat it right in my truck curbside as right out of the oven it’s the best of the best. Boy am I’m glad I have left over Nardozos for lunch today in about 25 minutes as I’m hungry for pizza now again!!

Lunch today, PIZZA!! It’s even better in the Industrial size convection oven, 3 minutes at 500F and it’s crisp and just like right out of the shop pizza oven. We cook filets in this oven st 900F that rival RuthChris’s steaks. Hand rub in some Montreal Steak seasoning on a 2” thick 4-5” in diameter filet and 5 minutes at 900F in the oven seals the exterior instantly sealing in all the juices and medium rare cut with a butter knife YUMMY!!

Steaks 🥩 are even better in it!! The super heat about instantly sears the exterior and seals in all the juices and flavor of the meat itself. It’s a different taste verse a grilled steak, it’s the way RuthsChris cooks steaks. Toss some foil wrapped potatoes in there about an hour prior at 400, crank it up to 800 and toss the steaks in. 5-6 minutes later done!! You’ve never seen sizzling like meat coming out of a 800F oven!! Don’t touch the pan lol!! Winters coming, steak time!!

On way home with round two in the back, Isn’t much left to save from round one except expensive mantle pieces LOL
This ratio a little bit higher then previous, going to be more geared towards roll and street racing, this track quarter-mile stuff with this boat is just too hard on parts. 10 second Street quarters has always been the goal and I think it’ll make such happen without much problem, Maybe even improve the 0 to 60 times, we shall see.

I think with the gear set being a "close ratio" it will help more then hinder . I always hated that dump truck first gear . Your car will be much more enjoyable on the street . The close ratio will help with the rpm spread between gears too at the track . All You need now is a "no lift shift" .
