I also removed my front sway bar but I have nothing to compare it to before hand
I can't say if or how much it helped, but after was .07 better than before, but that could have been track condition/DA/me learning.

I originally made it to catch the front seat bolts and use it with the front seat installed. But removing the seat allowed me to use the rear bolts and put it in a much more reachable position.
