I didn't know Testors still made little bottles of paint like that, like when I was a kid building model kits.
I actually bought a matching color for my car with a OEM Mopar paint pen. It's lacquer! Thank got the chip was literally just a micro dot. It started to react with the urethane clearcoat. It calmed down and cured hard but if the spot was as big as yours it would've lifted or been real bumpy and ugly at edges when cured. DK how the factory could ok a mismatch of paint types like that. Do they make Testors in B5 Blue? (still enamel?) . LOL.
