Billet Valve Cover guys - What's your new Catch/Breather setup?

I'm contemplating making the jump just so I can do spark plugs without wanting to toss a baby in a BBQ pit every time. I f*@%ING hate stock valve covers.

But...with baffled 10/12AN connections...what are y'all doing for your catch/breather setups? Since I'm just a slowboi with typical bolt-on's all I currently have is a typical catch on the dirty side between PS and blower.

It may not be this year...but I'm having dirty thoughts again of taking this car far further than I should.

Exact same situation as you, except one step ahead - changed the covers last year (best thing I have ever done with regard to the spark plug problem), and have been in "post-upgrade" observation & evaluation mode regarding the PCV system since. I fully expected the PCV system might need some tweaking. I haven't driven the car a ton since, but enough to confirm I do want to try some tweaking.

I sort of have a plan in my head, and that was to maintain the full OEM plumbing arrangement and start off with the "worst case", i.e., open, dirty line with no valve/flow restriction going right to existing inlet on the JLT can, and the outlet to OEM port on blower intake. Initial results seem to show quite an increase in oil volume in the can, for which I am not too surprised, but I also implemented a trick I learned from race car PCV days that helps catch more oil, so I am not sure if that is contributing to the increased volume in the can or not - I already violated the best practice of one factor at a time testing . My next idea is to restrict the dirty side flow a bit to simulate as if the valve was in there. I have the parts to re-do the inlet line, but have not had time to try it yet, but happy to share what I observe along the way.

I think I shared several posts w/ photos in the "What have you done to your Hellcat..." thread - if you look around the February through April 2025 timeframe was when I did the project.
