Welcome to the forum. Any 93 top tier gas is good if it’s available in your area. I usually run Shell or Sunoco. I hear Sunoco even sells a 94 octane but it’s not available anywhere near me.
Post some pics of your ride and thanks for your service.
Actually, "up to" 10%, you never know. I prefer Shell or Sunoco, but my corner station is Irving, I use them a lot. But honestly, I never noticed any difference between any of them. I race with Sunoco 260GT.

Top Tier is certification that the gas contains a required amount of PEA detergent which cleans valve and combustion chamber deposits. If you don’t run a TT gas, dumping an additive containing PEA like Techron or Gumout in the tank occasionally does the same thing. Otherwise, 93 octane is 93 octane.
I've had three hellcats, since 2015, one being a RE. I have used all brands of gas in the area, no difference. I had an off day and filled up with mid-grade, ran fine and was I was surprised, in a good way!
Now discuss what happens when some of us go to the track, use different extreme high quality fuels (for example VP Pit Stop station outside of BIR International -93 unleaded), also addition of superior VP products MS109 and better, while doing frequent WOT pulls. Oh, and have catch cans. And drive out cars on the street less than 2500 mi/yr. Everyone has a different story. Good info above but this is a reminder to evaluate your own practices.
Want to discuss valve deposits???? Anyone on here use a simple octane booster? Ever, even once??? What is its name?
