The Hurricane isn’t going to do it. The second biggest problem is the pricing. So what did Dodge do? They made a marginally faster Hurricane in a car that will probably be another $5k over the Scat Pack.

Love it...or hate it...(if it's priced right)..it's gonna appeal to a whole new segment of buyers...the majority of us have HC's RE's..SS's..Demons...170's...these offerings are not for us...and not everybody needs (or wants) 700hp or more...our HC's...Challengers/Chargers are gettin long in the tooth...my guess they will sell...(IF PRICED RIGHT)...after all the 15/16/17 HC's were a steal..and they sold a TON of em....they have to make these affordable...not 80/90 grand....

Mine was right around the same......and I'm not taking issue with cumulative rate of inflation...but from a marketing standpoint...releasing these new offerings to reflect current inflationary market adjustments...(94,616.97)..is going to be a daunting task...now be it rebates...power dollars...or discounts of any kind...without them...these are going to be a tough sell...I hope the bean counters are far more savvy then the former hierarchy that guided Stellantis
I think salaries have mostly kept up over the last 10 years, but its hard mentally to accept a $95k price for a car, at least for me on one that's n ot a special model.

Statistics say income has kept up for most professions with hourly having the highest change and executive / white collar the lowest, oddly. It just doesn't feel like it because inflation was so bad there for a while I think.

Why do you think this would get a whole new segment of buyers with only 50 more hp than the Scat Pack? You can buy a Scat Pack and do a $1500 Burger type of box and gain over 100hp as proven by Satera.
The Super Bee will probably be $10k over the Scat Pack or more with Dodges pricing on this car. The interior, slightly bigger turbos, upgraded suspension and those massive brembos are $$$$.
