Put a sto-n-show on the 170. Hard wired the float charger connection, routed it out the lower right grill (in front of the oil cooler), worked out well. Kinda fun playing with a new car that has been out of production for 2 years!

Haven't driven it yet, might be another month....

Not just the roads, the unpaved driveway is lined with 2' snow banks slowly melting, and the water won't soak into the ground until the ground thaws. A real mess this year...

Cleaned mine up this morning, an put it back in the garage, before the rain set in for the day.

Installed the Rokblokz splash guards. Still need the temps to warm more before I can clean it.

Are winters getting longer and colder, or is it just me getting older.... This is beginning to really suck, I need to take another look at a winter location.

Our past two "winters" have been warm and practically snow free. Hell, there's still green grass in some spots.

Contemplating which axles to get. I might, big might be able to make a bit more power and send it with a 2.4 (risking a lot, most likely won't do it). But really need to knock down that 60', so I think I'll need to use the 2 step. Timing and function wise it worked good, but I haven't been to the track in a long time and it showed.

Order of operations:

Use line lock
Hit SRT button 3 times to put into custom for track mode for my trans and traction control back off
Hold in 2 step button, brake and gas.
Release brake and 2 step button at the same time

First pass, I forgot to hit the SRT button after the line lock, which turns TC back on after you use it

Changes in the tune will help to leave harder. Not uncommon for cars with 3.09s leaving in second gear to be be well into the 1.3s, some even 1.2s.

Yeah, I have multiple launch maps. I just don't foot brake it, every attempt to do so just blows the tires off. I think I really need a track rental in order to fine tune my technique. That's part of the reason I got the 2 step, one thing to remove from the equation and hopefully be more consistent. Now I have some data on it from the track. Only one pass, but data on it none the less
