And you're not going to get me to believe that the fuel economy of this thing, making 1000+ hp is notably better than the 6.2 making 700/800 hp.

Boy oh boy haven't we seen this story so many times. This reminds me of 1999-2000 years when you could buy a Dodge Dakota and I owned a ton of those back then. And the V8 motor got the same as the crappy V6 MPG LOL. Interesting times the SPINELESS leaders are among us like never before.

Cat X is a 1000hp crate soon to be in the next Drag Pak.

In other words, that one is not a street engine.


Im not sure on specs, but being 4 valves per cylinder and twin cam and 2 turbos, me thinks airflow is similar to the Hemi heads.
Chevy's new LT6 makes 670hp on 5.5L vs 650hp on a super charged 6.2L pushrod.
Ford uses smaller displacement 32V engines to make 450hp-525hp and supercharged versions over 700hp.
