Finding a silver dollar size pool of antifreeze under my left side of the rad every time I get in from a drive, tried to take panel off on top of grill nothing, from down beside the left of rad nope. Underneath it is running out a small hole in belly pan which will have to take off tomorrow. Just thought I would ask if anyone else had run into this and make sure it is not just a overflow or something. The tank is right of the full line which is a little strange as I though that was when it is hot it shows full when cold. The little overflow tube is dry? Just thought I would ask if anyone had had similar occurrence? Thanks James

I thought there was a TSB out a few yrs. back on cracking tanks, or necks, something like that. On the earlier models I believe. Maybe it was a clamp issue?

What year? Usually a clamp issue… oxidation on a clamp could cause it…

They did have a TSB 07-005-15 REV. B for Intermittent Coolant Weepage From Upper Radiator Hose Or Radiator.
I just purchased a new radiator for my 2015 Hellcat to fix this issue.
Mine is leaking from the lower passenger side tank - nothing large, but it is leaking...

Mine did the same thing, could not find the leak, it found me top of a 1/4 run, luckily it let loose when I let off it it could have been bad. Tank separated from the radiator about 6-8” long and emptied it in about 10 seconds. Check the sides of the tank for signs it’s being pushed out from under the crimps.

This is what to look for, Replaced it with a all welded together 100% aluminum Misimoto one.

Id bet its leaking from a seam on the radiator. look up the replacement Mishimoto radiator. very nice product. eliminates the plastic end tanks.

Like this, pricey but works excellent, keeps up with the cooling needs of 1100 wheel no problem, and gives peace of mind it won’t happen again. Well worth the price, direct no hassles bolt in.

did you replace it yourself or have it done? I have looked pretty close with a camera looks to be the bottom right corner. Is it a hard job to take it out is there a way of finding a manual or anything might help? Saw one guy on u tube took the whole front end off ! Kind of went yikes ..

Changed myself, it comes right out the bottom, not that hard. No, the whole facia does not have to come off lol. I posted pictures of how to do it somewhere.

Hey that is good news guess it would be best on a hoist but possible on high jack stands.

Just throwing out there that I would be considering/shopping the Ron Davis custom aluminum Hellcat radiator all day long vs Mishimoto...

Did it off jack stands just lifting the front, post I made shows how many inches of clearance is needed from floor to get it out. I’ve made thousands of posts so hard for me to find it but it’s out there.
