Z of course would come to mind. He was the T&T R&D racer for Paramount.
I saw Z at the track with a spare Trans in his Trailer and he was actually changing one for the other right at the track. Z is one of the Top Tuners. He loves R&D; he was always gaining experience and knowledge and using his own Hellcat for the T&T and R&D.
Full Blown Performance is a Mopar Shop, with lots of great builds for all Hellcats, Track hawks, Redeyes......etc..
" Bill is great at Gas Lighting"
Years ago, we got tangled up in that mess with Paramount and a Nag 1, back with my 2010 SRT 8 Challenger, racing for the 8's. Originally, I had an SHR Trans, as my Husband added more Go fast parts, SHR said their Nag 1 wouldn't hold the Power. Also back then, a Nag1 could not be Tuned.
But Builder Bill at Paramount said his could hold 1500 HP, let me tell you that was BS paperwork marketing with no actual proof.
It was awful dealing with the constant in-and-out refresh cycle—rinse and repeat—because that’s how Bill makes his money. The race to the 8, my Challenger was at the Top against Bill's Jeep and of course he didn't want to lose. This was Race and break, all the way to the 8's. All the vendors and Shops were making lots of money.
I wanted a TH400 installed and touted all the time TH400 FTW. For racing to the 8's it would have been safest for a 2010 Challenger.
My husband did purchase a Rossler Th400 Transmission
ProductsRossler Transmissions Inc for another race car to be built. Be sure to Read
It was in a Performance shop in Virginia. So, the group got friendlier to my husband, along with Bill.
The race car was taking a long time to be built, the Rossler sat in a Box at the shop. (1st mistake)
A grudge race between the shop where the Rossler sat and another shop. My husband was asked by Bill if our Rossler could be borrowed and would be either returned with a refresh or replaced. (2nd mistake) The Rossler won the race.
Also, at that time my husband received a Pm from Bill, with a Reid case, no one can tell what's in it. He wanted us to be part of the scamming. I have the PM saved for proof.
Next there was a grudge match between Bills Jeep and another customer of his. I saw Bills Jeep the week before at VIR with a Brand-new engine, and the Jeep couldn't make it from A to B and the new engine was hurt. Miraculously the following week the grudge race happened and Bills Jeep won. I went up to the driver and said "My Rossler" is in the Jeep, isn't it. No answer, but the looking to the left and right, like where can I run told me I was right.
Other people confirmed that was the truth. My husband posted, “Birds of a feather flock together.” " Once a thief Always a thief "
I am pretty sure it was you who posted on our You Tube videos, back when were out with Josh High Horse Performance for the T&T and R&D of our Hellcats. My husband loved R&D and he not only wanted to be first into the 8's he wanted vendors to step up and be competitive to make stronger parts. (AAD is a good example, sadly though he didn't get to see that happen. RIP Top Cat) If he spotted anyone on the other forum that was from the scamming groups he kept them off.
BTW most of that group went to A2speed, all the scamming was done there in the same way at the Virginia shop. A2speed shutdown, there were so many unfinished Hellcats that sat for years waiting for promises were hauled out of there. IDK, I hear people say, poor guys will be lucky if anyone can even make their cars runnable.
My only advice is that if you ever need a rebuild or upgrade, please go to Sipple and there are other places too.
Jon Sipple was also there at the track back in 2015, he originally had a manual. He would come up to me and tell his results. I got to know him, and I watched him with another Automatic Hellcat racing and working on the R&D and T&T for his Transmissions. I know he has the best parts and he has lots of Knowledge, Experience and is honest.
Congratulations on the build being finished and your health restored.
Hopefully soon you will be at the track enjoying All the Fassst Fun !
And if you do, please post up your results or questions for the members.
Take Care,
Linda
