Yes, it can be written.
Will it work properly in your application ? Maybe, maybe not.
We offer that service here:

You will need to specify which calibration you want flashed.
We do not use WiTech for this process so we can write the actual calibration to your PCM without VIN swapping or mileage change.

Sorry for the slow reply. Thanks for the answers. The 2020 redeye challengers and 2021 redeye chargers have a line lock limit that is settable. Trying to save the engine from an over speed. I have the trans set to limit in manual mode to 4500 to 4th gear and hold. Use the line lock and it goes to my set rpm. I want to get away from foot braking the burn out. No I wonder how much in the newer calibration wont play nice with my non redeye car.
